This made me think of the top apps that have transformed my tablet and changes i’ve made to my NATPC M009s to get the most out of it.

Go Launcher

On these budget tablets you get an early android version with a custom interface.

It’s reasonable enough but it could be improved. In comes the Go Launcher EX App in the Google Marketplace.

This makes any tablet interface much more appealing. Whilst not all the available additional widgets are compatable with those android tablets using lower versions of Android. It unlocks a lot of functionality that is not available to you otherwise. Thus streamlining your tablet experience massively.

I’d also recommend downloading the GO Task Manager as it has an active widget that allows you to quickly kill all running apps and give you back the performance you need on your budget tablet.

Google Currents

This app is phenomenal on all tablets/android devices. It really shows why tablets are a great thing for consuming modern media. I personally can’t express how slick and amazing this app looks so i’m just going to post the video Google are using to promote it.
